Responsibilities

About the Role : Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the HR Team with projects, organization, and general administrative support.
• Assist with day-to-day operations to include, A / R and A / P, customer service, filing compliance for local, state, and federal filings and various other office tasks.
• Assist with data entry and record keeping for sales, accounting, and production.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
• Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies.

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications :

• Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in data entry.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range :

$17.50 - $20.00 USD per hour
