We are seeking Fryer Oil Service Technicians to join our team (Full-time and Part-time)! We provide a mobile on-site service for the micro-filtration of cooking oil, including the vacuum-based cleaning of deep fryers. You will follow a scheduled route to a variety of commercial kitchens (restaurants, hospitals, corporate cafeterias, colleges) to micro-filter kitchen cooking oil, clean inside fryer wells, haul waste vegetable oil (WVO) and provide other kitchen services.

Responsibilities:

• Competence in time management, account monitoring and repair/maintenance of the MFU Filtering unit
• Keep van clean, stocked, well-organized and order supplies as needed
• Perform required daily and weekly maintenance as well as routine preventative maintenance
• Follow the provided schedule each week and be timely for appointments
• Maintain service records for each customer and report any critical issues to management
• Clean up spills immediately and keep a clean work area
• Provide friendly, high-quality customer service
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while wearing required PPE gear
• Assure compliance with franchise standards/policies
• Conduct customer demonstrations of Filta service
• Report any changes in management, staff, fryer oil or frying habits back to the office

Qualifications:

• Pass drug and background screening
• Previous experience in machinery or other related fields a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills a plus
• A valid driver's license required
• 5 years driving history (with good driving history required)
• Reliable transportation to get to van pickup site
• Ability to handle physical workload, including night work, hot working conditions and ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• The ability to work independently with little supervision
• Ability to establish credibility and communicate effectively
• Ability to learn and to stay up to date on the latest service procedures

Must have a good driving record.
Late night shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed
