Position: Associate Attorney - (W2 Employment)

Location: Orlando, FL

Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in Criminal and/or Family law cases, including court appearances, hearings, and negotiations.

- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide informed advice to clients.

- Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

- Collaborate with our legal team to strategize and develop case strategies.

- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.

- Maintain organized case files and ensure all deadlines are met.

Requirements:

- Licensed to practice law in Florida.

- Proven experience in Criminal or Family law.

- Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.

- Ability to handle a diverse caseload and work independently.

- Strong commitment to client advocacy and providing outstanding legal services.
