The Job

We are looking for an individual who has a successful track record performing purchasing, scheduling, tracking, supplier management, order management, and invoice reconciliation activities to support NPI. You will be responsible for NPI purchasing which includes R&D materials & tooling, services, and other inquiries for R&D/Engineering teams for North America. Job functions will include review BOM review, purchase requisitions, PO issuance, order and delivery tracking, invoice matching, and other purchasing related activities.

The Requirements

* 5 Years of total supply chain related experience to support R&D and Engineering.

* 3 years of purchasing/planning experience in NPI materials/tooling, services and other engineering-related inquiries.

* Experience working at a start-up. Electronic manufacturing environment is a plus.

* Experience in coordinating deliverables, schedules, pull-in & push-out to multiple inventory locations.

* Experience in managing local and international suppliers.

* Experience with invoice matching, reconciliation, and dispute resolution.

* General understanding of all supply chain functions, includes sourcing, planning, logistics, and preferably inventory controls.

* Comfortable with Google and Microsoft programs, NetSuite experience a plus.

* Able to efficiently communicate with internal cross functional teams and suppliers via all available communication channels.

* Result driven and with can-do attitude and sense of urgency.
