GENERAL FUNCTION:

Support the Creative Director in guiding and managing the development of creative materials from conception to production. Responsibilities include developing and transforming concepts into creative solutions, managing creative teams, and ensuring client objectives are achieved. The Associate Creative Director needs to develop creative concepts and strategies that are insightful, relevant, innovative, and effective. They ensure the timely execution of marketing projects.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Creative Director with the development of projects and strategies.
• Assist the Creative Director with overseeing and providing guidance to creative team.
• Manage and supervise multiple projects.
• Ensure resources are allocated according to project needs.
• Evaluate creative team performance.
• Show leadership in executing fresh, innovative concepts that meet brief objectives and deadlines.
• Know all pertinent industry, channel, client, and product information, such as audience insights, product benefits, offers, KPIs, brand standards and production specifications.
• Responsible for current knowledge and understanding of emerging trends and technologies and the ability to institute best practices for digitaland traditional marketing products.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for fostering a culture of employee engagement by leading impact planning sessions. Providing employees timely, candid, and constructive performance feedback. Developing employees to their fullest potential by providing challenging opportunities. Developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning. Recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in design, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of related and progressively more responsible experience. Should have significant project leadership experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job.
• Superior strategic thinking and creative skills (written, visual, and conceptual).
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent client service skills.
• Broad understanding of typography, color theory, current design, and advertising trends.
• Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development.
• Experience leading and managing creative teams.
• Strong concept and strategy development skills.
• Ability to manage a large team.
