We are seeking a passionate and experienced Coaches to join our team. As a Coach you will be responsible for leading and instructing class, and activities for students. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on young athletes and help them develop their skills and confidence in hip hop or cheerleading.You’ll have the opportunity to help at events such as Orlando Magic, Parades, Performances, and Competitions. This is an after school program throughout Orange County. Class time is 2:45-4:45 . You must have your own vehicle toget to and from locations.

Duties:

- Plan and organize cheerleading/ Hip Hop practices and routines

- Teach techniques, including jumps, stunts, tumbling, and dance moves for cheer

- Provide guidance and support to students during performances and competitions

- Develop and implement training programs to improve ' strength, flexibility, and overall performance

- Motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential

- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding practice schedules, performance updates, and any concerns or issues

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Cheerleading / Hip Hop Coach or in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of techniques, safety guidelines, and competition rules

- Ability to effectively educate and communicate with students of all ages

- Experience working with children
