Job Description : Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
Implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures on construction sites.
Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.
Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees on various safety topics (e.g., fall protection, PPE usage, hazard communication).
Investigate safety incidents, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
Liaise with regulatory agencies and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
Participate in safety committee meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the companys safety program.
Advise project managers on safe work practices and procedures.
Perform CPR and first aid as needed (EMT or CHST certification preferred).
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
Possession of an OSHA or OSHA certification.
Current EMT or CHST certification (preferred).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid drivers license.
