Position Overview:

FieldXpres LLC is currently seeking a versatile and skilled general handyman to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to maintain and repair both commercial and residential properties in the Philadelphia area. This role requires a proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Repair and replace damaged fixtures, appliances, and equipment in both commercial and residential properties.
• Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
• Assist with minor HVAC repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Handle landscaping and groundskeeping tasks, including mowing, trimming, and snow removal.
• Respond to maintenance requests from clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients and coworkers to coordinate tasks and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a general handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge and skills in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to operate a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
