Position Description: The Email and Content Marketer is responsible for the execution of the company's email marketing strategy, to drive leads and facilitate customer engagement. They will assist with the planning and design of email campaigns and analyze them to measure effectiveness. They will manage the company's email list and research target audience for various communications. They will utilize various metrics to make data-driven recommendations to drive continuous improvements to the email marketing strategy.

Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• Minimum 1 year copywrite experience
• Minimum 1 year email and/or newsletter creation experience
• Minimum 1 year marketing experience
• Preferred experience with the following software: Klaviyo, BigCommerce, Ampry, Attentive, Canva, Notion, DropBox, Zoom, Microsoft Suite
• Fieldcraft Survival considers military and/or lived experience a valuable asset

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Design and schedule email campaigns (testing SMS) to meet company objectives and goals, as well as partner objectives and goals.
• Plan and send training emails to contacts living in certain cities/regions to boost awareness/enrollment.
• Send course and live event reminders/updates to students enrolled in upcoming training courses.
• Create and maintain automatic email flows for transactional/marketing email contacts.
• Develop contact lists and segments in accordance with company needs and tasks.
• Keep a log and provide recommendations to leadership to boost company/email performance.
• Update website creative assets, in reference to new products, geographical training and company sales.
• Research sales data to maintain awareness of company needs.
• Complete all special projects as requested by the CMO
• Perform all other functions as designated by their supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
