Duties: -Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of a canvassing team. - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Supervising or team leadership experience is beneficial - Familiarity with canvassing techniques is advantageous

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in canvassing and voter registration activities
- Supervisory experience, with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Marketing and customer service skills to engage with diverse communities
- Demonstrated ability in door-to-door sales and outreach
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation skills to navigate various situations effectively
- Previous experience in political campaigns.
