FieldBridge is Hiring an Electro-Mechanical Assembler Near Colorado, CO

FieldBridge Energy is looking for an Electrical Panel Builder to work for a leader in developing innovative water solutions through smart technology. Work is in Colorado Springs, CO. Pay / Schedule: $23/hr. Great opp for at least 10 hours of OT each week. At 50 hrs per week, make $1,265 per week. Monday to Friday 2nd shift (2 pm - 10 pm)

Position Summary: Performs repetitive electro-mechanical assembly and complex electro-mechanical assembly, involving sensitive or precise dexterous movements to maintain pace and quality of assembly work.

Core Responsabilities:

  • Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality.
  • Receives components or items for assembly and/or test in programmed sequence.
  • Assembles or tests electrical components using sensitive hand and equipment coordination.
  • Will assemble all variations of in-house standard products.
  • Follows clear assembly/test instructions, e.g. color code, NEC, and UL codes/standards.
  • Uses simple hand or power tools along with complex jigs and fixtures.
  • Enter work hours in the ERP system (Currently SAP).
  • Drives continuous improvement process and conducts daily housekeeping/5S audits to ensure continuous improvement activities. Maintains equipment and area in an orderly and safe condition.
  • Contributes to division results and performance.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to read and interpret complex schematics, ladder diagrams, and point-to-point drawings.
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to walk, write, and type frequently.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Must be able to climb and descend stairs.
  • Must be able to bend, carry, reach, push, and pull on an occasional basis.
  • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • May work indoors and outdoors as needed.
  • Exposure to heat up to 120 degrees and cold to 0 degrees.
  • May work in areas where noise level is such that hearing protection is required.
  • May be exposed to varying amounts of dust and dirt. Work surfaces may include concrete.
