Pay: Starts at $18/hr. and goes up to the mid to high $20s per hour depending on your experience.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday 7AM to 4:30PM. Work every other Friday. Count on at least 50 hrs per week plus an opportunity for even more OT if you want to work.

Work Facility: This is a new business unit for the company, they have converted an old auto manufacturing plant to a facility where they will be building portable data centers and mega-capacity power distribution and generation systems. The equipment being manufactured includes, electrical distribution, generators to provide electricity, cooling and heating systems, control panels, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assemble components of all products, selecting the correct tools and fixtures.
• Test assembled products. Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the
• assembly and testing of products.
• Read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.
• Create labor records for all transactions.
• Ensure good housekeeping within own work area.
• Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to relating Risk Assessments.
• Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma, General Educational Development (GED), or related experience.
• Must be mechanically adept; able to use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read, interpret, and carry out written and oral instructions; write legibly.
• Experience working with assembly related operations or equivalent preferred.
