IT Product Manager / Program Manager – DevSecOps (Wealth) The Role The Application Data Solutions organization in Fidelity Wealth Technology is looking for a seasoned product manager/ program manager to help us execute our strategy, meet our performance objectives and deliverables, and streamline our work in a number of areas, including strategic development, communications, and execution of large-scale change management initiatives.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • 7 – 10 years’ experience working in a combination of the following: financial services, agile technology environments, and/or digital accessibility.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience managing complex projects and programs that impact organizational direction and change the culture.
  • Knowledge of how to use data to show value, progress, and trends.
  • Ability to make informed trade-off decisions to strike the right balance between quality, cost, and timelines.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple projects at a time.
  • Ability to form strong relationships and display a high degree of executive presence.
  • Ability to navigate sophisticated relationships, forge critical partnerships, and influence effectively.
  • Proven track record of success when working in agile environments, including the ability to use various agile methodologies like scrum and kanban, and work with associated applications like Jira and Jira Align.
  • Ability to break down and organize sophisticated concepts, analyze information, and communicate findings.
Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing complex, multi-faceted strategies to drive large-scale change management initiatives.
  • Planning and coordinating cross-team and cross-business workstreams to achieve alignment and address common goals.
  • Managing relationships with vendors to ensure contracts are executed and deliverables are met.
  • Creating and operationalizing complex processes and procedures to streamline work, gain efficiencies, and build scalable and repeatable frameworks.
  • Identifying, supervising, and managing budgets and resources across numerous products, services, and programs.
  • Maintaining awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep activities relevant and forward-thinking.
  • Consolidating and summarizing large amounts of visual information (e.g., Excel Spreadsheets, diagrams, and Power Point slides) into accessible formats.
  • Using a customer-focused approach to provide partners and stakeholders with products and services that are enjoyable, intuitive, and easy to use.
  • Helping to create an accessibility-centric culture by increasing awareness and empathy and promoting adoption of new tools and behaviors.
  • Build out sophisticated, coordinated roadmaps.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • Understands how to navigate Fidelity with knowledge of its organizational structure and key players.
