Fidelity Power Systems is Hiring a Service Administrator Near Springfield, VA

Fidelity Power Systems, one of the nation's largest distributors of Kohler Generators and Power Systems, has an immediate opening for a dynamic Service Administrator to join our award-winning team in our Springfield, VA office!

The Service Administrator assistsin all activities related to administration, personnel, information systems,office management, and safety.
Other duties:
- Process Daileyand weekly payroll, and present to Area Service Manager for approval.
- Process serviceinvoicing for T&M and Quote calls.
- Process invoices daily according to FidelityPower System guidelines as to meet Days to Bill targets.
- Review calls per FidelityGuidelines for accuracy.
- Prepare invoicesthat require review as per SOP and batch for review. Once approved invoiceASAP.
- Maintain open communication with the parts department and ensure all required P.O's are received
- Conduct qualityassurance phone calls to recent customers.
- This is a non-exempt position. Working in excess of 40 hours a week qualifies as overtime and must be preapproved by your supervisor.
- Support Accounts receivable efforts as required.
Preferred Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of administrative experience
