Primary Responsibilities :

To assist in facilitating successful real estate transactions by helping to resolve title issues and determine insurability before closing; develop and maintain client relationships; provide dynamic, quality service throughout the closing process while adhering to company underwriting guidelines.

Requirements and Skills:

A successful candidate must be team oriented; have strong written and verbal communication skills; must have thorough knowledge of title insurance and underwriting principles; ability to read and understand legal descriptions; must be detail oriented; demonstrate sound judgment, and possess creative problem solving skills. Experience preferred, but not required.
