The Product Contract and Delivery manager will work with the product team to create new products. This position includes research and development for new products (contracts) while collaborating with the Products Team, Marketing, Sales, Training, IT, and FNHW President Lorna Mello.

• Research regional competition and build the comparison spreadsheet. This document compares FNHW to the competitors within a specific region.
• Review competition with Product Project Manager, SVP Customer Life Value, President, and DVPs of Sales. Based on industry changes recommends possible new coverages, pricing, aggregates, and options.
• Collaborate with the Product Project Manager in research and review of state requirements
• Collaborate with operations and product team for new contract language development.
• Create CVI tables in excel for each new product by region used in IT to build the product.
• Collaborate with Product Project Manager in writing and proofreading the Business Requirements Document (BRD) submitted to IT for product build.
• In collaboration with Marketing Manager, and Product Project Manager, proofread all related product documents, sample contract, mock dec sheets, brochure both prior to submission and the live Dec Sheets post launch.
• Submit Business Change Requests (BCR) for product related issues or enhancements online and in Bugs brought forward from operations.
• Develop Summary of Changes. This document outlines changes from current product to new product and is used for training development.
• Review training materials for accuracy and focus of new products.
• Create new product Job-aids for quick reference.

High School Diploma or GED Required.

This position operates in a clerical office setting. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
