The Role
Are you an experienced capital introduction professional with deep knowledge of the alternative investing space? Do you have a track record of success and established relationships with institutional investors and allocators including pension funds, endowments, and RIAs to drive the distribution of alternatives?
Can you build relationships and collaborate with an experienced Sales team to generate leads and help execute an end-to-end Sales process?
If so, we are excited to speak with you about a Vice President, Alternatives Business Development role in Fidelity’s Institutional Client Group (ICG) organization.
ICG is the institutional distribution arm of Fidelity’s Asset Management business with responsibility for managing the investment relationships with Fortune 500 and large public sector clients.
We are looking for an experienced financial services professional who has experience in the liquid alternatives industry.
The ideal candidate will require a growth mindset, investment acumen and the ability to collaborate across Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Consultant Relations, Asset Management, and Client Service functions.

The primary goal of the Vice President, Alternatives Business Development role is to help the experienced sales team drive AUM growth across Fidelity’s alternative investment capabilities.

How We Support You
The base salary range for this position is $103,000-$174,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
