Job Description:

The Role

The Fidelity ETF business is seeking a hardworking and impactful associate to join our innovative and growing team. In this role, you will focus on providing capital markets coverage and product management support for Fidelity ETFs, and establish relationships with a broad array of industry contacts to help grow our product brand. In addition, you will help contribute to the execution and growth of Fidelity’s ETF strategy. Responsibilities:

  • Manage primary and secondary market trading activities in Fidelity ETFs, working closely with market participants and internal investment, trading, and operational teams to support the product lineup
  • Develop strategic relationships with external partners including stock exchanges, market makers, liquidity providers, and authorized participants
  • Partner closely with distribution and brokerage channels on sales opportunities to deliver relevant trading and order flow content, ETF market insights, and product analysis
  • Serve as a market structure expert as it relates to ETF industry-specific topics
  • Participate as an ETF specialist for various internal and external facing engagements
  • Work closely within product initiatives to help inform the design and delivery of the product pipeline and successfully implement the launch of new ETFs

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 4 years of financial services experience with strong understanding of the ETF industry and trading preferred
  • Highly proficient with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and collaborate with team members
  • Analytical and creative
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Series 7 and 63 Finra licenses

The Team

Fidelity’s U.S. ETF business consists of 64 ETFs with assets under management of nearly $50Bn, ranking Fidelity as a top 15 ETF Issuer in the U.S. Investors of Fidelity ETFs include retail, advisor, and institutional channels. The ETF product lineup provides Fidelity’s clients with indexed, factor/quant-based, and actively managed ETFs and represents both equity and fixed income asset classes. The Fidelity ETF Team is responsible for growing Fidelity’s ETF franchise across new product delivery and on-going management of the existing product lineup. We collaborate across many segments of the organization to accomplish this goal.

The base salary range for this position is $81,000-$137,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
