Job Description:

The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and expert Director, Treasury Cash Management Product Support to lead Product Support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of bank cash management products & operations, money movement methods, rails & technology, project management and data analytics. The Director will be responsible for providing program management across all projects in this space, will support maintenance and modernization of specific treasury applications, will administer User Access control settings and will serve as the point of contact for Treasury division ‘s resiliency/continuity planning. Responsibilities include:

  • Provide outstanding service and support to our diverse customers.
  • Assist defining the strategic direction of money movement modernization and capability development, in collaboration with business partners.
  • Ensure continuous compliance with banking and brokerage regulations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and new regulations.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 10 years of working in treasury, cash management and/or banking services
  • FINRA Series 99 required within 90 days of hire
  • Proven understanding of banking operations, money movement, brokerage regulations, and industry standard processes
  • Project management, creative problem solving, and moderate technical expertise to support the running and modernization of treasury applications. 
  • Analytical attitude, highly detailed oriented and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong managerial & people skills, includes ability to develop further Treasury talent/team.

The Team

The Treasury Cash Management team maintains firm bank & vendor relations and performs various money movement operations and servicing required to ensure successful money transfer executions. Drives money movement development and product offerings and strategy. In addition, the team supports the timely and accurate money movement transaction processing related to traditional payment methods (i.e. bank wire, ACH and checks), brokerage account cash management features (i.e. customer check writing, ACH direct deposit & direct debit, bill payment and bank debit cards, while ensuring adherence to various policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. The Operations and Services Group (OSG) Treasury Cash Management division performs Treasury and Cash Management-related responsibilities on behalf of legal entity, NFS LLC.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-$144,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
