We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, seniors, or those in need of dementia care. Your role will involve helping with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients.
```Duties```
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Help clients with mobility needs, including transferring and lifting
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Engage in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or seniors
- Knowledge of caregiving systems and best practices
- Familiarity with dementia care techniques
- Ability to lift and assist with mobility needs
- Understanding of home care principles and practices
- First aid certification is preferred but not required
- Proficient in taking vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
