Fidelity Bank & Trust is Hiring a Trust Operations Officer Near Dubuque, IA

Description

As a Trust Operations Officer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our clients' financial goals while ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our trust operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily operational tasks related to trust administration, including but not limited to account maintenance, transaction processing, and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to facilitate accurate and timely processing of client requests and transactions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risk.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity within trust systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Required Education and Experience

  • 2-4 year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous Trust experience.

Travel

Some travel may be required for this position.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position may be responsible for supervising assigned staff.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee should be available during the “core” work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Additional working hours may be required for this position to ensure the functionality of the department and overall functionality of the bank.
