Fidelis Holdings is Hiring a Picker Near Ferris, TX

Atco Products is located in Ferris, Texas, and is an IATF/ISO9001 Certified tubing/hose assembly manufacturer of high-quality automotive and heavy-duty truck components and assemblies. Both original equipment suppliers and aftermarket customers have relied on Atco Products to meet their OE production components and in/out of warranty service and parts requirements for more than 50 years.


POSITION SUMMARY:

As the order picker, you will have the opportunity to manage orders from warehouse staff and management; physically pull inventory from shelves to ensure accurate delivery of products.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain a safe work environment.
  • Manage pick ticket orders.
  • Pulls items from shelves based on the number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirements.
  • Ensure orders are accurate.
  • Stage items safely and correctly for shipment.
  • Monitor stock control systems and process specific orders.
  • Ensure warehouse goals are met.
  • Maintain a high level and health and safety standards.
  • Picks and places products into pallets.
  • Operate scanners so that proper order is picked and inventory is managed accurately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS
:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
:

  • 1 year of experience in an automotive industry environment (Preferred).


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • Highly engaging, passionate, and hands-on individual.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong communication skills Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees and managers of the organization.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
