Job Description Type: Med/Surg/Tele

Location: Waterloo, IA

Fidé is currently seeking an RN with Med/Surg/Tele experience for a 13-week contract in Waterloo, IA

Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2 years of current Med/Surg/Tele experience. 2 years current experience in Med Tele, PCU, Cardiac/Tele or Stepdown - Required
Strong cardiac skillset and care
Post op care experience strongly encouraged
28-bed unit caring for post-operative surgical patients. Nurses are trained to read telemetry strips and take care of cardiac drips such as Amiodarone, Cardizem, Lasix, Insulin, etc. We have state-of-the-art bedside monitors in every patient room to facilitate the care of the patients. Nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4 on day shift and 1:4/5 on night shift.
EMR - EPIC

Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:

• Current IA RN License – compact allowed
• Current AHA BLS
• Current AHA ACLS
• COVID Vaccination Card, no exemptions allowed
• Final RTO
• Resume

Hours Per Week: 36
Shift: Nights 7p-73a
Weekend Requirements: every other including holiday rotation if scheduled
On Call Requirements: N/A
