Fidé is currently seeking an RN with Med/Surg experience for a 13-week contract in Greeley, CO

Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2 years of current Med/Surg experience. This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.

Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:

• Current CO RN License – compact allowed
• Current AHA BLS
• Current AHA ACLS
• COVID Vaccination Card, no exemptions allowed
• Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
• FLU vaccination - REQUIRED **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**
• Final RTO, client will not approve RTO within the first two weeks or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
• Resume with all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units listed
• Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)
• Driver's License
• Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment

Hours Per Week: 36
Shift: Nights 7p-730a
Weekend Requirements: Weekend schedule to be determined by facility
On Call Requirements: On call schedule to be determined by facility
