Fidé is currently seeking a Behavioral Health RN– Adolescent experience required. 13-week contract in Brattleboro, VT.

This is an adolescent unit, provider must be comfortable and experienced.

This Inpatient Treatment Program offers 24-hour care in a safe and nurturing environment that's designed to promote healing and ongoing recovery. Our treatment approach focuses on helping patients develop and maintain their sobriety while also managing co-occurring psychiatric issues (such as Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, etc.). The Adult Co-occurring Disorders treatment team specializes in providing high-quality intervention, medically assisted drug and alcohol withdrawal, stabilization, and the education needed to ensure a strong and successful recovery.

Provider will be working with the multidisciplinary team to identify individual and group needs and interventions. Utilizing the nursing process to meet the needs of patients requiring complex nursing care. Providing clinical supervision of MHW's to ensure safe and therapeutic delivery of care.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years of current Behavioral Health experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience Psych/Behavioral Health Experience (but will consider first time travelers).
• Experience working with child and adolescents.
• Must be willing to float to other units and take charge RN shifts.
• COVID vaccination and booster.

Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:

• Current VT RN License – compact allowed
• Current AHA BLS
• COVID Vaccination Card with Booster, no exemptions allowed
• Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
• Final RTO
• Any Scheduling Requests
• Driver’s License
• Resume

Schedule:

Hours Per Week: 36
Shift: Days 7a-7p
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
On Call Requirements: Possible

• Must be willing to float to other units as needed
• Must be willing to take charge shift as scheduled
• Travelers will be required to make up any missed shifts prior to the end of their contract
