Seeking a full-time, experienced NP to join our expanding Neonatology practice in beautiful suburban North Atlanta dedicated to serving the needs of newborns and their families.

24-hour shifts, 7-8 shifts per month

Job Description:

• We are expanding to a team of 5 NNPs, 2 Pediatricians, PNPs and 4 board-certified neonatologistsfrom 4 NNPs to 8 NNPs to provide 24/7 coverage at both hospital locations.

• The average census in NICU is 18-20
• Services include HFOV, iNO, whole body cooling for HIE.
• Using our Pediatric Hospitalist Service, our team provides NBN coverage for >90% of all newborns born at Forsyth location

• Services include HFOV, iNO, EEG. Whole body cooling at Forsyth only
• Our team provides NBN coverage for 100% of all deliveries at the Cherokee location
• Dedicated NICU pharmacy, nutritionists, PT/OT for development, speech therapy for feeds, and NICU milk prep at both sites
• Easy access to pediatric sub-specialists such as cardiology, neurology (remote EEG), and ophthalmology, Peds radiology at both sites.
• NNP coverage is 24-hour shifts, 7-8 shifts per month
• NNPs work at both sites for scheduling flexibility
• NNP responsibilities will include NBN care in Newborn Nursery

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range based on experience and training to be discussed at interview. Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTSALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.

• Master's Degree in Nursing - REQUIRED
• Neonatal NP - Board Certified prior to start - REQUIRED (cannot accept PAs, FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications)
• Active GA License (or already in progress) - PREFERRED
• 2 years of experience as NNP - PREFERRED
