Fiberia, Inc., a leading provider of Horizontal Directional Drilling and Fiber Optic Cable Installation services, is seeking a LABORER / HELPER to join our team.

The LABORER will be responsible for assisting the Horizontal Directional Drilling crew in its everyday job, as well as other outdoor construction tasks.

As a LABORER / HELPER, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for assisting our experienced crew in all aspects of Horizontal Directional Drilling operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Horizontal Directional Drilling crew in its everyday job, as well as other outdoor construction tasks.
• Perform outdoor construction tasks such as digging, trenching, and backfilling.
• Assist in the operation and maintenance of equipment and tools.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction or outdoor labor preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to work well in a team environment
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
