FiberFirst is Hiring a Community Brand Manager Near Georgetown, TX

FiberFirst is looking for ambitious and energeticCommunity Brand Managerto manage/ grow new and existing Homeowner Association, Real-Estate, and community relationships to identify and procure business in addition to supporting events & awareness campaigns. Primarily in this business development role, you will be working directly with HOA’s, property developers, local Chamber of Commerce, real-estate agents, and management companies to drive FiberFirst internet connectivity business within the community by sourcing and managing local events to boost brand awareness and generate leads.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Community Relationship: to be the primary “go-to” solution for fiber internet connectivity within the community
  • Manage up to 100 different HOA & partner relationships
  • Brand Awareness and Lead Generation: utilize creative, organic, community-based marketing strategies to raise brand awareness significantly in the market, resulting in a substantial increase in the customer base
  • Planning, promoting, and executing outstanding local events to generate awareness and interest
  • Developing annual events and sponsorship plan, schedule, and budget
  • Managing social media and online reviews to cultivate strong, positive relationships within the community
  • Ensure all FiberFirst serviced properties are using our fiber network at the primary service for residents through both maintaining a high level of awareness, and in some cases, through contractual agreements
  • Proactively build local community partnerships with new and current HOA’s & partner stakeholders by having high quality face to face meetings with them, along with memorable follow up marketing communications
  • Attend HOA board meetings, community town-halls, and real-estate events to procure business
  • Manage and market to in-footprint HOA, property management companies and their Community Managers, Assistant Community Managers, and key decision makers (lunch and learns, breakfast/ lunch meetings, pop ins, seasonal events, etc.)
  • Prepare for and represent FiberFirst at events and networking opportunities
  • Document sales/marketing activities and track expenses
  • Maintain accurate information for companies and their representatives
  • Resolve referral partner complaints ensuring future sales

What You’ll Bring:

  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a proven track record of achieving outcomes through community-based marketing strategies
  • 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or community-building roles
  • 3 years of experience working in a technology or retail sales environment (Telecommunications experience is a plus)
  • A willingness to be hands-on, actively engaging with the community
  • You have a driver’s license with clean record: owning a truck or SUV to transport marketing materials to events is a plus
