View our current opportunities by clicking the View Open Positions tab above. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Digital and Social Media Content Creator. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content across various social media and digital media platforms – with a heavy emphasis on design and video editing – managing social media accounts and developing strategic campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement, building brand awareness and driving traffic to the company’s website. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Content Creation and Repurposing: Generate creative and compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to each platform's audience and requirements. Adapt and repurpose content to suit the specific requirements and nuances of each platform while maintaining brand consistency. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, X, Facebook and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone. Develop content calendars, schedule posts, and engage with the audience to foster community growth and interaction. Digital Strategy: Implement digital strategy and develop content strategies to increase brand visibility, drive traffic and improve engagement metrics across all digital channels. Analytics and Optimization: Monitor social media and digital analytics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content and campaigns for maximum impact. Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance digital content effectiveness. Design: Utilize strong design skills to create visually appealing graphics, reels and multimedia content that resonate with the target audience and align with brand guidelines. Video Shooting and Editing: Capture and edit high-quality videos for social media posts, stories, and ads, ensuring professional production standards and engaging storytelling. Content Management: Collaborate with web and graphic designers, the writing team and external vendors to ensure the timely publication of content on social media and e-platforms. Email Marketing Oversight: Oversee email marketing campaigns and platforms, collaborating with the writing team and business units to ensure alignment with overall digital strategy and goals. Perform other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree required with a major in Visual Arts, Design, Advertising, Communications, Marketing or Business-related degree. Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and strategy development. Proven design, photo retouching, video editing and production and infographics creation, along with other graphic design elements. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Strong analytics skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Experience with video shooting and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and work effectively with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with Microsoft 365 suite, including PowerPoint. Ability to travel up to 25%.
