Furnishing Hope is a nonprofit organization that provides furniture and supplies to individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness and other challenging situations. We believe in creating a positive impact through our work, transforming empty spaces into comfortable homes. We are seeking a motivated and physically capable Warehouse Team Member Delivery Driver to join our team in Tustin, CA. This role is pivotal in executing our mission and requires dedication, precision, and a passion for making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 14 FT Isuzu truck for the purpose of picking up and delivering furniture to various locations.
• Assist in loading and unloading furniture and other items, ensuring secure and damage-free transportation.
• Participate in weekly installations, setting up furniture and household items in homes according to planned layouts.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and pickups.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the warehouse and vehicles.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide excellent service to donors, recipients, and partners, maintaining the positive image of Furnishing Hope.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures during operations.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely drive and maneuver a 14 FT Isuzu truck.
• Capable of heavy lifting (50 lbs. or more) and physical labor.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including some weekends, as needed.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
