Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Technical Project Manager with coding expertise and project management skills. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing, and implementing industry-leading valuation products. This is a player-coach position that requires hands-on coding while leading a team of developers in the financial sector.

Capabilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of complex software projects in the finance industry.
  • Code part-time in R, Python, and/or C , contributing directly to the product development.
  • Manage client relationships, acting as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams during implementations.
  • Ensure project milestones are met, maintaining high standards of organization and communication.
  • Navigate the intricacies of financial data, AI, SQL databases, and AWS to deliver effective solutions.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering an environment of growth and learning.
