We are currently looking for a skilled Loan Processor to manage mortgage and business loan applications from inception to close. This commission-based role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by a performance-driven compensation structure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and evaluate mortgage and business loan applications.- Analyze financial data, credit reports, and property evaluations to ensure appropriate loan decisions.- Ensure strict adherence to legal and regulatory requirements throughout the loan process.- Collaborate with clients and loan officers to gather necessary documentation and address any issues.- Prepare and maintain accurate loan documentation in compliance with industry standards.- Schedule necessary appraisals, inspections, and other loan processing activities.- Provide frequent updates on loan status to clients and internal teams.- Manage a large loan pipeline with a focus on excellent customer service and efficiency.- Use loan processing systems and CRM software adeptly.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience as a Loan Processor, specifically with mortgages and business loans.- Required possession of an active NMLS number.- Comprehensive knowledge of loan underwriting and processing procedures.- Proficiency with MS Office and banking software.- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.- Ability to manage confidential information.- High school diploma is a must; a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week
