• Previous professional pet care experience- A MUST! Pet sitters, Vet Techs and Groomers are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in retail and/or hospitality management
• Experience in leading a well trained staff and being a team leader
• Social media savvy is a plus! Should be able to post/schedule and build engagement thru posts/stories and reels.
• Experience with "boots on the ground" marketing to convert conversations into clients
• 9am-2pm availability and flexible nights & some weekends is required
• Ability to motivate your team and yourself.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Superb customer service skills
• An upbeat flexible attitude
