Front Desk Receptionist Primary Duties: - Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individual - Provide accurate information to clients and address their inquiries or concerns - Make reservations for customers looking for various services - Perform various administrative tasks - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Assist with data entry tasks as needed - Coordinate with back-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations - Make calls to obtain vaccination records - Check in customers, properly recording medical, feeding and exercise requirements. - Other tasks as needed Skills: - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Experience in an office setting is preferred - Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests - Proficient in using front desk software systems for check-ins, check-outs, and reservations - Proficient in using Google Suite for email, calendar management, and document creation/editing - Attention to detail for proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy This position offers competitive pay and benefits.
