We are a well-established, family-owned, high-end pet resort located in McKinney, TX. We are looking for team members who will bring creativity, compassion and a love for pets to this dynamic, fast-paced environment.

NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. We will train you! Would you like to make pet care a career? Do you love dogs? Cats? We are looking for energetic, positive people to join our established team. These are full-time positions and will require some evening, holiday, and weekend availability. We offer sponsorships for team members to attend dog training and pet grooming schools, or further their careers in many other ways.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure the facility is clean, safe and operating to company expectations.
• Entertain and exercise guests outside in varying weather conditions including heat, cold and rain.
• Care for guest health and comfort by feeding, ensuring constant water availability, exercising and generally loving on them.
• Scrub, clean and disinfect guest suites
• Ensure a fun, yet safe, environment for all guests
• Clean up after guest outings in the play yards

Requirements include:

• Must love dogs and cats and be comfortable with all sizes, ages and temperaments
• Friendly, energetic and upbeat with a positive personality
• Must be able to be on time and have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work at a fast pace and in all weather
• Must be able to stand and walk for majority of shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have excellent English communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong desire to learn.
• Ability to work flexible schedules (including weekends and holidays), reliable transportation and be over 18 years old.
• Strong multitasking, organization, communication and problem solving skills
• Daily shifts are between 6:30am-7:30pm approximately and will vary week to week based on occupancy. Our guests are treated to bedtime potty walks between 9pm - 11pm, and shift assignments are rotational.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
