Supervise the Park Services department, and ensures the grounds around the facilities always looks its best. We are currently looking for a: Castle Park - Park Service Supervisor Part time Roles & Responsibilities: Rate: $18/hr Maintain high standards of performance for all areas Ensure proper training of chemicals and various aspects of department Proactively deal with guest and team member concerns Answer all guest questions and give proper guidance Respond appropriately and quickly to emergencies Complete nightly reports including labor hours and damage logs Complete and turn in daily checklists Manage additional seasonal cleaning tasks Administer discipline to team members as needed Ensure ADA standards are met in each location Ensure breaks are given in a timely manner Complete any tasks as requested by Maintenance Manager or Management Comply and enforce all park policies, procedures, and labor laws Requirements Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Languages: Fluent English. Bilingual skills are helpful. Skills: Communication – Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Problem Solving/Analysis – Define problems and execute remedial strategies in a timely manner Flexibility – Maintain a flexible work schedule Initiative and Adaptability – Take initiative and execute plans to accomplish strategic objectives in a fast-paced, evolving environment Project Management - Understand and manage projects from concept to completion.
