As Ferruzzo continues to grow and expand, we are looking for a Certified Paralegal with Civil Litigation experience to grow with us and to work along side a collaborative, team-oriented group of Attorneys and Paralegals in our Litigation Group. The ideal candidate will be a talented and experienced certified Paralegal with a minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years of prior legal experience in civil litigation. The position requires a working knowledge of all aspects of trial preparation in State Courts. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is a must and the applicant must possess an excellent work ethic, a professional attitude, and strong written/verbal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (including Word and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat is preferred, and working knowledge of Desksite/iManage is a plus. Calendaring experience with high-level calendaring programs is a plus. Responsibilities will generally include excellent client communication, organizing and maintaining files, drafting and/or finalizing correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and law and motion, electronic filing and serving documents, and will specifically include preparing cases for trial including calendar maintenance, document reviews and summaries, deposition summaries, the preparation of exhibits and exhibit lists, and all other aspects of completed trial binders.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
