Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Experience:
- Previous furniture experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to walk up several flights of stairs
- Must be able to lift minimum of 50 lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours and at least two Saturdays per month
