RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR:
- The Accounts Payable Coordinator will review invoices that have been sent over from various properties.
- The Accounts Payable Coordinator will handle data entry of invoices.
- Will handle the weekly check run, which involves printing, stuffing and mailing checks.
- Will be posting and confirming invoices are coded directly.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR ROLE:
