As the Marketing Intelligence Manager, you'll apply analytic rigor to transform data into analyses and insights to improve decision making for assigned categories at Ferrero. Working closely with internal & external partners, the Marketing Intelligence Manager is responsible for ensuring information & key insights are well-socialized and integrated into planning and decision-making.

This position is hybrid and located in Parsippany, NJ. This role reports into the Business Intelligence Director.

• Category overviews/Situation Assessment
• Innovation tracking
• Quad-week sales performance reporting
• Performance root cause analysis
• Seasonal deep dives
• Advanced Consumer Panel Analytics - Penetration deep dives, Cohort analysis
• Media & Trade Optimization (Marketing Mix)

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4 years of work experience
• Experience at Nielsen or IRI with manufacturing experience a plus
• Advanced knowledge of IRI/Nielsen systems/tools
• Excellent analytical skills - ability to understand business strategies, tactics & implement measurable research plans
• Strong presentation story telling skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships in a matrix environment
