Job Title: 2nd Shift Supervisor (Initial shift would be 4pm to Midnight. This could change depending on need).

Location: Hampshire, IL Reports To: Production Manager (on-site).

Travel Required: No

Minimum 5-7 yrs previous Production Supervisory experience required.

Role and Responsibilities

 Forklift Certification (within company) required.

 Complete adequate training within the Coating and Finishing Departments to be a

functional support to overall shift performance.

 Ability to read Work Orders and Production Schedules.

 Demonstrated ability to learn VISUAL ERP system (internal training).

 Understand use of measuring devices.

 Assist and drive changeover performance.

 Keep work centers clean and orderly utilizing 5S check sheets.

 Adhere to Company Safety Rules and Policies.

 Support and help implement analytics to help drive company performance (i.e.

changeover time, line speed, scrap improvement etc…

 Any other duties assigned such as, but not limited to: Line coverage, Coordinate Mixing

Department assistance, assistance in troubleshooting issues with maintenance, etc…

 Coordinate with Coater Trainer to ensure Training Paperwork and Matrices are

completed properly.

 Must handle appropriate disciplinary action when necessary.

 Coordinate schedule issues with Production Scheduler/Process Control

 High School Diploma or GED.

 Minimum 5-7 yrs previous Production Supervisory experience required.

 Ability to read, write and speak English (speak Spanish a plus).

 Must be able to lift a maximum of 40 lbs.

 The individual must be efficient with a strong learning\mechanical aptitude and can follow

work instructions properly.

 Understand and utilize basic Microsoft Office Tools (Excel and Word).
