Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Kombucha Market Representative. In this role, you will be the face of our brand at farmers markets and other events, engaging with customers, promoting our products, and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down our booth at farmers markets and other designated events.
• Educate customers about the health benefits of kombucha and our unique flavor offerings.
• Provide samples of our kombucha to encourage customer tasting and purchases.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, answering questions and sharing information about our company and products.
• Process sales transactions using cash registers or mobile payment systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding restocking needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing booth environment.
• Represent our brand in a professional and positive manner, embodying our company values.
• Assist with special events, promotions, or marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or promotional roles preferred.
• Passion for health and wellness, with knowledge of kombucha or fermented foods a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in engaging with customers.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• Reliable transportation to travel to various market locations.
