- Disassemble vehicles including the removal of sheet metal parts, headlamps, grills, bumpers, interior parts, accessories, electrical components.

- Analyze and separate damaged parts.

- Perform light body repair and move into more extensive repairs as your skill level develops.

- Repair dents, chips, marks, and scratches.

- Replace bolt-on parts.

- Replace weld on parts as skill level develops.

- Re-assemble vehicles once the re-finish process is completed.

- Perform light mechanical and electrical repairs to vehicles.

- Perform vehicle quality control inspections prior to detailing.

- Auto Body course work and/or automotive mechanical knowledge a plus.

- I-Car training a plus or Ferman will train and pay for I-CAR certifications.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to drive vehicles with standard & automatic transmission.

- Detail-oriented; motivated self-starter; ability to follow instructions.

- Exhibit motivation and a willingness to learn vehicle repair.

- Good problem-solving skills.

- High school graduate or GED equivalency.

- Bi-lingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus.

- Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License, a safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.

- Must be able to pass pre-employment background screening and drug test.
