Responsibilities :

• Lead and motivate a team of skilled technicians to maximize productivity and maintain high-quality standards.
• Coordinate workflow to ensure timely completion of projects, meeting or exceeding production targets.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment for all team members.
• Collaborate with management to develop and refine production processes for continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to uphold our reputation for excellence in every vehicle.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in automotive Bodyshop production, with a strong understanding of repair processes and techniques.
• Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams to achieve goals.
• Excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate with team members, management, and other departments.
• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of addressing challenges quickly and efficiently.
