```Duties```
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately assess their vehicle's needs
- Perform vehicle inspections and communicate findings to customers
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance based on vehicle inspections
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and services
- Schedule appointments and manage the service schedule
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle repairs
- Upsell additional services or products as appropriate
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures
- Ability to accurately estimate repair costs and explain them to customers
- Familiarity with transmission, oil changes, shocks/struts, tire service, and wheel alignments is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Proven ability to upsell additional services or products to customers
