Fenix Group SPC in Minnetonka, MN is seeking to hire a full-time Procurement Associate to purchase raw materials and maintain inventory accuracy in support of the overall operations at our Minnesota manufacturing facility.

A Day in the Life of the Procurement Associate
You’ll spend your day completing a variety of tasks including executing the raw materials purchasing plan to support production requirements; interfacing with vendors with respect to price negotiation, availability of materials, delivery times and supplier visits; proactively planing future raw material requirements; ensuring that problems relating to delivery, quality, service or pricing are promptly conveyed to the vendor and resolved in a timely manner; preparing metrics, with a focused effort on continuous improvement; implementing, training, and maintaining a warehouse management system in (WMS); and adjusting inventory and transactions in the ERP system to reflect accurate physical inventory.
