Manchester New Hampshire law firm seeking full-time real estate paralegal with at least 2 years experience to support multiple attorneys on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Familiarity with real estate closings and a strong knowledge of title and title insurance is required.

Job duties include: drafting loan and other closing documents, communicating with all parties, managing document collection, coordinating closings, updating and recording at the Registry of Deeds in person and through Simplifile, using title insurance software and e-closing.

Salary commensurate with experience.
