FENG CHA is looking for hardworking baristas to join our fun, fast-casual café. We are seeking individuals who have a passion for tea and desserts, and resonate with the values of our company and respect the lifestyle choices of our customers.

We're a popular boba teahouse that's located in Costa Mesa. We're currently looking to hire team members to join our energetic and outgoing team!

Barista Responsibilities:

Provide quality customer service by handling orders at the register and handing out orders once completed. Cutting and preparing fruits, tea and beverages, smoothies, and dessert using our provided recipes. Ensure that the tea house, all food prep areas, and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards. Help with dish washing (this task is shared among all staff) and overall store cleaning.

Barista Requirements:

- Prior boba/coffee shop experience preferred, but not required.

- Outgoing, fun, and charismatic personality

- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment

- Ability to work on your feet for six hours or more a day & high level of professionalism

- Be a team player with strong work ethics

- Fast learner and skilled multi-tasker

- Flexibility to work various shifts, ESPECIALLY weekday morning shifts

- Must be able to work AT LEAST 4 shifts a week (5-6 hour shifts)

- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
