Feng Cha Garland was founded in 2019. It was a franchise of a Taiwanese-originated Boba store chain. Feng Cha has more than 700 stores around the world

The Barista is responsible for the following tasks but is not limited to the following:

• Welcomes customers by determining their interests and needs.
• Educates customers by presenting and explaining FENG CHA's menu; and answers customers' questions to the best of their ability.
• Up-sells additional products when appropriate.
• Prepares and sells FENG CHA drinks by following set recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, tea drinks, dessert and etc.
• Generates revenue by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products.
• Maintains inventories by replenishing the supply
• Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance.
• Carries dirty plates, glasses, and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning
• Re-organizes seating arrangements and wipes down tables to maintain a tidy dining area
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
• Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and work station.
• Enhances FENG CHA teahouse reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

• 10:30 AM

2 Shifts per day.

• Morning Shift : 10:30 am to 5pm
• Night Shift: 5pm to 10:30 / 11 pm
