Counter Sales Representative Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide excellent customer service to all dealership customers
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate pricing and discounts
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of products
- Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette
- Utilize Excel to track sales data and inventory levels

Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience in a retail or dealership setting preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
